1. Pay the full amount (P 350.00) at the SSC Office.
2. Determine your shirt size (Extra Small, Small, Medium, Large, Extra Large). Strictly no replacement and no return.
3. Deadline of payment is on August 19, 2017 (Saturday) at 5:00pm.
